I Will Know You in Heaven
I will know you in heaven
Though you may not look the same.
Worldly cares will fade away.
A new body you will claim.
No tears, troubles, or worries
Will line your heavenly face.
No pain, disease, or weakness
Will enter that perfect place.
I will know you in heaven
Though youll be bathed in glory,
And I will see the character
That has built your lifes story.
Your strengths unique in measure
Will shine like jewels in the sun
Over robes of righteousness.
Christs good work in youll be done.

Tim and Traci, my heartfelt sympathies to you both. Shirley was one of the first people I met when I started attending Apopka Assembly of God 20+ years ago. Whenever I asked how she was doing she would say “blessed and highly favored”. You know a lot of people like to say ‘I’m blessed’ -but when Shirley said it, there was something different about it. She said it with such faith that came from the bottom of her heart, and when she said it you believed her. Mike and I will miss her greatly.

My Aunt Shirley was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Her sweet spirit and love for the Lord was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. I am so thankful for the time I had with you last year, and will be looking forward to seeing you at the beautiful gates of Heaven! I hope lovely memories and happy times will bring some comfort and peace to you, my dear cousins, Timmy and Traci. Love . . .
