Wanda Brown of Zellwood,Fl , was born in Spring Valley Minnesota to Ida Hagen and Paul Gunderson on April 24th 1936. Following high school she attended Hamline University in St. Paul, Mn. and then radio operator school in Kansas City. At the age of 19 she moved to New York City to work for National Airlines as a radio operator where she met her husband of 61 years, LeRoy H. Brown. Wanda was a member of the Eastern Star, Joy Circle and Zellwood Garden Club. Her hobbies included being a pilot and ham radio operator but her greatest pride and joy was her family. She is survived by her husband LeRoy H. Brown, son Charles Brown, daughters Cheryl LaFavers and Lori (Terry) Keyser and six grandchildren Brandan (Kelly) Beekman, Kyle Beekman, Justin (Nancy)LaFavers, Nicholas Brown, Johnny Wilson, Jesse Wilson and one great-granddaughter Kaiden LaFavers. She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Ida Gunderson and one granddaughter Jennifer LaFavers. Her wings were ready but our hearts were not. She will be greatly missed by all.
