Voncille M. Clemmons, 94, of Zellwood passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017. She was born in Samson, Alabama. She moved to the Zellwood area from Samson in 1947. She was a retired nurse, a beloved member of Lake Ola Baptist Church (recently changed to First Baptist Church of Tangerine) and loved spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter: Jan C. Turner; sister: Mildred (Estel) Cooley; great grandsons: Josh Turner, Travis (Kristen) Turner, and Beau (Becca) Turner; and great great grandsons: Andrew, Jackson and Sawyer (Turner).
She was predeceased in death by her son: Bo Clemmons and her grandson: Dale Turner.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the The First Baptist Church Tangerine. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
