Those we love are always with us in the gifts that they have shared.
Lana generally cared about everyone. At work she always knew just how to tackle the numerous problems we would have. Always a great help to me no matter what time of day. I guess we never know how long we have. Im simply glad I knew Lana for these last few years she has been a gift to me. I already miss her laughter, warmth and wisdom.
I will most certainly cherish my memories of her. My funniest memory is from one of our afterhours outing. It was the party for her boss on his last day. She was full of energy, talking to everyone. She was singing, and bouncing along to the music, she always got me smiling.
May the time with Lana that you treasure help to console you in a gentle, lasting way, and fill your heart with memories that bring comfort day by day.
With heartfelt sympathy,

Upon reading the announcement of Lana’s passing, I like many others I’m sure could not believe the e-mail. Lana was not only a great team member but also a friend. It’s times like this when you wished you could have made that call or visited just to catch-up. I know the Service Desk and folks at OH will miss talking to Lana and so will I. Rest In Peace and know that you will be missed. My condolences go out to Lana’s family.

I’m not sure why the words, “Rest In Peace” always sound so trite and creepy when there is really no better wish for someone you valued if you really think about the words and the sentiment. If there was another perfect thing to say, we’d all be saying it; until then, sweet friend, rest. In peace.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Lana’s passing. We thought the world of her and had many good times with her and Charlie.
Lana had a great attitude, always quick with a laugh and a quip. She was fun to be around, witty and energetic.
This is a loss for everyone. The world needs a lot more people like Lana.
