This year has been a tough year for our family …. We have lost so many these last few years… But I remember the vacations granny Mary Marcum use to take me and Mary Ann on to Florida to visit aunt Amour. She was a peach … I remember playing with her dog out in the yard and grandpa Andrew was obsessed with a squirrel that was in her tree .. But I would walk into the house and see Granny and Amour sitting in their usual spots in front of the sewing machines just sewing away … They both shared the love of being a seamstress , Granny use to tell tales of her working in JC Pennys with a Mr. Howard all the time.. I loved listening to those stories. Yes it took time for me to grow up but I DID It … I am sending my sympathys to my cousins and the rest of the family as we go through this time of grief. God bless you all and I love you all … Glendafaye Gray

Granny ~
She was a special Mom -Granny-Wife-Sister-Aunt-Friend to all that knew her.
She was Granny to her grandchildren and to all great grands & great great grands as Granny Granny. She loved Jesus with all her heart and she didn’t mind telling everyone she met. She loved to sing even up to her last weeks here on earth she sang to the ladies at the assisted living. Now she is sporting a new body and singing to Jesus face to face and united with all her loved ones that passed before her. Love you Granny til were together again. Love Vickie
