Howard F. Liscom Jr, 68, of Apopka, Florida, passed away February 10, 2018. He was born July 04, 1949 in Los Angeles, California. Mr. is preceded in death by his late parents Howard and Leora Liscom. He is survived by his loving wife Ellen Liscom; son Eric Liscom and sister Vanessa Hinkle.

Though I only knew Howard for about 8 months, he took me under his wing the first time we met. He is a Crew Chief that I will NEVER forget ! I am glad that I could call him friend, We definitely lost one of the great ones.
