Such sad and shocking news. Eddie was always such a good friend to my dad –watching out for him and running around with him. It was so good to see him when we would visit –talk about the Redskins. Such a kind soul. He will be missed.

Eddie was my father’s friend. My father truly loved him like the son he never had. They had so many adventures, could tell so many stories -so much fun and life. My mother and I only learned the sad and shocking news of Eddie’s passing just now, and we offer his family our sincerest condolences on the loss of such a special person. We will always treasure our memories of him.

I am so sorry to find out about Eddie’s passing.
Eddie and I were school friends from Washingtonville and I often remembered and spoke of him.
I still remember sleeping over his house off of Jackson Ave. with the bridge in the back . Whenever we pass by I tell my family…”that’s where dads friend used to live.”
God rest his soul and my prayers to his family.
