Mr. Lawson was a wonderful man. You could always count on seeing a big smile on his face. He was fun to be around as he would play the harmonica at any given time and him and Betty were great at fishing and sharing their catch. He loved his family. We will miss him so much.

I’m very sorry to hear that we lost a kind-hearted man, I first met mr. Jimmy when I was 11 years old my mom and dad used to work for mr. John which is Mr Jimmy’s dad, this man would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed help or anything I spend a lot of time on the chicken farm my dad bought me a 20 gauge shotgun and I asked mr. John if I could go dove hunting on his property mr. John said no sir, but Jimmy talked to his dad and said let the boy go hunting I will always cherish moment as I got older I seen what kind of man he really was when two guys we’re going to fishing and their battery died and they were out in the parking lot complaining Jimmy went all the way home got his own battery and gave it to him and told him go have fun that was kind of guy Jimmy was!! To mrs. Betty I’m sorry for your loss it’s going to be crazy not to see Jimmie up there at the IGA helping out playing his harmonica he will be very missed. Skip BUSHNELL ????
