We had the distinct pleasure of being next door neighbors to Ann and George in Potsdam for a number of years. They were lovely people, and we valued their friendship greatly. We express our sympathy to their family now on Ann’s passing. Our memories of both these wonderful people will be cherished, as we are sure will be yours. Please accept our condolences.

Thank you for your kind words. We will miss them both for sure. They would visit us near Glens Falls and take them to the track in Saratoga. After dad’s passing mom and I would always get a nice table in the club house and bet the ponies…. She was at our house this past christmas. Unfortunately she took a bad fall and they could not help her. Her injuries were too serious so she came home to her place in Zellwood. We will surely miss her.
Sincerely,
Richard Hewlett

Am so truly sorry for your loss. Was always a fun time when I was growing up in Hermon and would come up to your house, to either play out in the pasture or stay the night. Your mom always made the time at your house truly enjoyable. I would have graduated with Kelly. I came up when things happened. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Loosing my mom and dad was truly hard, so I know how all of you must feel.

Dear Family, was so sorry to read of your Mom’s death ( in the Enterprise). It sometimes seems like yesterday that we were neighbors long ago in Bloomingdale. She was a very special friend, and what great neighbors you all were. Sending you all my sympathy, and may your special memories help you through this sad time.

We were sorry to read of Ann’s passing. We have many fond memories of her and George. We became friends when she worked for us at our store and beyond our working relationship, we had some fun times going out to dinner and other fun stuff. She loved her children so much! Savor all the good memories as we’re sure there are many!

To the Family of Ann Hewlett:
Ann was a long time friend of mine. We had many chats over lunch and after she moved away, we kept in touch by telephone.
When she made her trips back to Potsdam, she always stopped by.
George was also a good friend of both Dick and I. We will miss both of them.
Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you. You were all her pride and joy. May your many good memories sustain you during this sad time.
Our love to all of you. Dick and Carol Trudeau

Emily, I sure do remember you. Thanks for your kind words. My wife and I have been here with my sister, Carla who lives nearby. My mom and her were good friends for the past several years. Carla and her significant operate a successful air conditioning business. Me, I am a retired NY state public school transportation director retiree but found a great job at Union College as their transportation manager and love it. Furloughed for a while but ready to get back to it. We live in Glens Falls and have a 30 year old daughter. That’s a brief update. Still in the old phone book if you are ever in the area. I think 6/15 is mass and burial at St. Mary’s in Potsdam. Take care. thanks for checking in.
Sincerely,
Rich Hewlett
