Douglas W. Kelly, 58, of Apopka, Florida passed away on July 25, 2019. Mr. Kelly was born on September 07, 1960 in Brownfield, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father F. Wayne Kelly. Mr. Kelly is survived by his mother Sara J. Kelly; siblings Doris J. (Mike) Wasson, Carol A. Kelly, and John V. Kelly; along with several nieces and nephews. He was a dedicated member of the Apopka Assembly of God Church congregation. Additionally, Mr. Kelly was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan who will be dearly missed by his many loved ones and friends.

My sweet Aunt Sara, Doris, Carol and John you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I send my love to each of you. Doug will be truly missed by all the new him. Doug was so uplifting, caring, always had a smile on his face a positive attitude and loved his whole family so very much.
