Wayne Forrest Mosher

Wayne Forrest Mosher, a beloved husband, father, and friend, was born on February 23, 1937, in Troy, New York. He passed away peacefully on August 7, 2026, in Altamonte Springs, Florida, at the age of 89. Wayne was known for his passion for the automotive industry, where he made a significant impact throughout his career in sales. He transitioned into a jack-of-all-trades after retiring from the car industry and became quite the handy-man, leaving his artistic mark in many homes throughout College Park.

If you couldn't reach Wayne at home, he was probably at St. Michael's Church in College Park, Florida, where he has been a member for over 57 years. Wayne has served on the vestry countless times, sang in the church choir for over 35 years, served in Stephen Ministry for many years, and was a steadfast volunteer in the church community.

He is survived by his dear wife of 59 years, Jean Hermance Mosher; children, Kristie Loughran (Michael), Michael Mosher (Grisel), and Katherine Hovarter (Harris); grandchildren: Benjamin, Hank, Grace, Olivia, Evelyn, and Gabriel. Wayne will be remembered fondly by all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
