Roy Leonard Denhard Jr

Roy L Denhard Jr (Lennie) of Apopka Florida passed away on July 8, 2025 at the age of 71. Lennie was born on March 4, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was the son to Roy L Denhard Sr. and Martha Sibert. Lennie is survived by his wife Diana Denhard; Brother Daniel and wife Cindy Denhard; Son Chad and wife Tori with Grandson Owen Denhard; Son Jeremy and wife Andrea. Lennie was married to Diana Denhard for 46 wonderful years. Lennie was a contractor by trade and a business owner for 41 years. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. Work hard and play hard was his motto. Lennie enjoyed scuba diving, riding motorcycles, and could fix anything that was broken. Lennie also loved to boat and water ski with his family. The Denhard family loved camping and nature. Family was at the center of all of Lennie’s endeavors. He was a soccer coach for many years and took an active role in showing young children how to practice hard and achieve their goals. Lennie retired in 2020 and became a wonderful baker, gardener, and avid canner. His most important relationship was the bond he built with his Grandson Owen.
