Rafael "Pops" Antonio Perez Misla

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rafael "Pops"  Antonio Perez Misla, age 72, who left us on May 29, 2026. Born on September 22, 1953, in Isabela, Puerto Rico, Rafael embraced life with a joyful spirit. He will be remembered as a devoted father, a hard worker, and a genuine friend to many. 

Rafael spent his career as a baker, showcasing his culinary talents in the food industry. His passion extended beyond baking; he loved working on cars and enjoyed scrapping metal, finding joy in the mechanical intricacies of life. Rafael's warmth and generosity touched the lives of those around him, and he will be missed dearly. 

Rafael is survived by his three loving sons, Robert (Laura) Perez, Nelson Perez, and Alex Perez. He also leaves behind his fiancée, June Kenmedy, who was a source of joy and companionship in his later years. Rafael Antonio Perez Misla will remain in our hearts forever, remembered for his warmth, dedication to family, and zest for life. Rafael was preceded in death by his parents, Rafael and Cecilia Perez.
