Penny E. Taylor, age 57, of Apopka, Florida passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2026 in Orlando, Florida. She is survived by siblings; John Taylor, Sabrina Lewis, James Taylor and Nancy Taylor. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Taylor.
