O'Rien James Poole, 23, of Apopka, passed away on September 6, 2026.
O'Rien was a kind, sweet soul with a fun-loving spirit that drew people to him. He had the most beautiful blue eyes and a smile that could light up a room. He was helpful and strong, always ready to lend a hand to those who needed him. He strived for perfection in everything he did. Those who knew him will remember his warmth, his contagious laughter, and the gentle way he moved through the world. He loved his mama dearly, shared a special bond with his dog Bentley, and cherished his sister — not only did he love her but he couldn’t get enough of her baking. O'Rien loved all food, but nothing compared to his mommas cooking, which never failed to bring a smile to his face. He and his brother Alex, whom he affectionately called "Bub," were gym buddies who pushed each other to be stronger. O’Rien’ was both Trinity and Alex’s best friend.
O'Rien is survived by his mother, Amy West; his stepfather, Johnny West; his brother, Alexander Allen; his sister, Trinity Poole; his father, Shane Poole; and his grandmother, Doris Priest, known to him as "Mia." He will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
O'Rien's memory will live on in the hearts of everyone he touched with his kindness and his beautiful smile.
