Mrs. Nancye Louise Starkey

Nancye Louise Starkey, 78, of Apopka, Florida passed away on May 04, 2025. Mrs. Starkey was born on September 22, 1946 in Nicholasville, Kentucky to the late Paul and Louise Hisel. Mrs. Starkey was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and to those who loved her the most, she was “Nana”. She is survived by her daughter Kate (Robert) Rodriguez; granddaughter Kiera Isabella Rodriguez; sisters Robin (Edward) Lawson and Amy Thompson; nieces Christina “Chrissy” Lawson, Cassandra “Sandy” Petersen and Jennifer “Jenny” Powell; as well as 10 grand-nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by her many loved ones and friends.
