Sondra “Kae” Armstrong, 58, of Ocoee, Florida, was born August 10, 1962 in Clermont, Florida and passed away on March 10, 2021. Kae is preceded in death by her mother, Alice (Barnes) Armstrong and survived by her father, Pete Armstrong; brother, Robert Earl Armstrong and nieces, Ashley (Matt) Ping, Fawn Kaela Armstrong and Brandi Lynn Armstrong. Beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend too many, She will be greatly missed. Kae spent her childhood in Ocoee, Florida and graduated from West Orange High School in 1980, shortly after graduation, Kae began her career with United Telephone and continued to work in the communications industry for more than 20 years. Kae was very industrious and often worked two and three jobs at a time. Her last job was with Kelly’s Foods, where she, once again, made many of friends. (Kae loved her dogs, good food and skinny margaritas and had to pay for them somehow!) Kae had no children of her own, she was a dog mom and loved her fur babies. She also loved her nieces and the children of her many friends. Kae planned parties and celebrations, that were held at her home, and they often included fun in the swimming pool, lots of decorations, great food and drink and a DJ, playing the greatest hits into the wee hours. Alice and Kae, nieces and friends spent countless hours at the beach, creating much the same atmosphere of relaxation and fun. Kae was a devoted daughter to her mother and best friend, Alice and to her father, Pete. Her family, friends and fur babies were her world. No one will ever be able to forget Kae’s beautiful smile and infectious laugh. Kae was kind and generous to a fault, if she disagreed with you, there was no holding back but that never stopped her from loving you. One of her famous lines when someone said, “I love you,” she replied, “Love you back!” Kae will be sorely missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace, once again, side by side with Alice.

Perfectly written. Yes Kay was definitely one of a kind!!😋
I will always have fond memories of Kae. We laughed all the time!
Eating sushi with friends, heck eating all the time, lol, and of course the margaritas 🍹
Getting into a little bit of trouble together too 🤫
We had our ups and downs of course but nothing ever stopped me from ” Loving her back”
I’d already missed her for too long, and now we’ll have to meet, where I know her smile is lighting up the place we call “HEAVEN”.
Gone way too soon! She will be sorely missed by her best friends Reda Connelly Lacey and Pam Harper. You both were such good friends to her!!
I don’t even know what else to say, it’s sad but when I remember her, it will always be good times, mischief, laughter!
Live it up in heaven sister and enjoy the view.🙏

Dennis grew up with Kae, saying she was like a sister he never had. I had the joy of meeting Kae through Dennis. We all went to high school together but I never got to know her until our older years. She was a very giving and loving friend. If you wanted the truth on any matter, she wasn’t afraid to tell it like it is. Jae brought laughter wherever she went. She is loved by many and will be greatly missed. I talked with Kae often about her faith in Jesus. She is truly living her best life now. Well done Kae!

Kae was always smiling…at least the times I would see her. I only worked a few years at Sprint with her, but she definitely LIVED! She is not someone that would look back and say…” I wish I would have…” If Kae wanted to do something…she did it! And she did it big!
I was saddened when I heard of the accident. She was much too young to be taken from all the people that love her. I am certain Heaven will be much brighter with her there. Take care of all the fur babies up there Kae! They need someone like you! We will try and do our best to love the fur babies down here. Until we meet again…keep smiling…you always were the best at that!

My heart was broken when I heard the news of Kae. Such a beautiful person inside and out taken too soon. Kae and I graduated together and later worked with each other at the phone company. Kae would often have girls night after work at her home where so many of us would gather and enjoy drinks, snacks, and most of all, Kae’s entertainment. It was always non-stop laughing the entire evening. Kae was the same way at work, always joking around. Kae, you were an amazing friend and I am thankful I had the pleasure of knowing you. I will treasure our memories forever. I am going to miss you 😢 I love you girl! I know you and your Mom are now celebrating being back together. Until we meet again, may you rest peacefully. 💕

I worked with Kae at the phone company as well and like all the other comments she was always smiling and having fun. She was a beautiful person inside and out and now she graces Heaven with that beautiful smile. You will be missed Kae and you left a wonderful legacy behind you in the way you cared for as many fur babies as you could. Rest in Peace my friend.

Kae and I wound wind up at at many events and places having fun together over the years. Each and every time I was around Kae, she would light up the room with her beautiful smile, create more energy that could only be imagined and make everyone laugh to no end. Her love of dogs ,and all animals in general , always gave me so much love and respect for her beyond words can say,. I vision Kae in heaven with a smile, surrounded by ALL of her fur babies. So sad to hear of this! We hadn’t been in contact for 2 years (doesn’t seem that long ago). She was always helpful to our Rescue in the early days and continued to offer help from time to time afterwards. She was a very nice person and will definitely be remembered. I do not know what happened, but the news is definitely shocking. Prayers to the family!
