Pennie Deangela Carter, 59, of Fruitland Park, Florida passed away on November 23, 2022. Ms. Carter was born on May 23, 1963 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her father Robert Cascarella Sr. and brother Robert Cascarella II. She is survived by her mother Zetta Cascarella; children Teresa Nicole Carter and Brittany Noel Ryan; grandchildren Kyra, Makayla, Mya, Kylia and Cayden; siblings Debbie Gustavson and April Cascarella Allen (Chad), as well as her 2 nephews and 2 nieces. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
