Our beloved Olga “Cookie” Zukor, born August 23, 1943 in Newark, New Jersey, age 76, passed away peacefully in her home on August 22, 2020. A 23-year resident of Apopka, she was the daughter of Samson and Theresa Zukor, who preceded her in death, as did her sister, Sunny Romano. She is survived by her five children, Bobby and his wife Terry, Mark and his wife Amy, Debbie and her husband Chris, Linda and Susan; three nieces, TJ, Michelle & Natalie, 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren (#9 due any day), all living in Florida, New Jersey and Texas. Cookie was a wonderful mother. Her greatest joy in life was her children, whom she raised with love and faith in our Lord. Her smile was contagious and her dancing eyes brought forth light making the darkest places bright. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. A private family viewing was held at Loomis Family Funeral Home. Her wonderful spirit will be celebrated at a 10 am funeral Mass on Friday, September 11, 2020 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Apopka. Her final, earthly resting place will be in New Jersey, near her parents.
Her soul is resting in peace and for eternity, in heaven, with God.
