Joyce L. Watkins, 88, of Tavares, Florida, passed away April 29, 2019. She was born August 24, 1930 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Mrs. Watkins is survived by her children Glenn Watkins and Gary Watkins; grandchildren Jennifer Gordon, Thomas Watkins and Beverly Watkins; and 5 great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
