Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous. It does not brag, does not get puffed up, does not behave indecently, does not look for its own interests, does not become provoked. It does not keep account of the injury. It does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. – Corinthians 13:4
To know Ella Ruth Brantley Sullivan was to know love. By her own fearless choosing, she loved her family and friends deeply and modeled love to all the many students that she taught during her career as a teacher and everyone she met. She will be dearly missed but the loved she sowed will bloom brightly in her absence until we meet again.
On Friday, February 2, 2024, at 2 p.m. she will be laid to rest in Edgewood Greenwood Cemetery, Apopka, Florida.
For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again. So too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus. – 1 Thessalonians 4:14
