She was a Homemaker; member of Church of Christ at South Bumby, Rotary Club and the Elks Lodge. Mrs. Capps is survived by daughters, Terri Schlundt of Alabama and Debbie Julian of Dr. Phillips; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild
