Carolyn Dean Lobsinger, 72, of Oviedo, Florida passed away on June 28, 2021. Mrs. Lobsinger was born on February 15, 1949 in Tallahassee, Florida. She is preceded in death by her husband John Lobsinger; son Donald Sapp and sister Beverly Holman. She is survived by her daughter Sheila Caballero; sister Sara Simmons; grandchildren Ashley Caballero (Andrea Loy), Brittany Caballero, Rogelio Caballero, Joshua Panoo, Justin Panoo, and Jasmine Panoo; great grandchildren Gabriella, Taliyah, Malakai, Royce, Isaiah and Raelynn as well as her beloved dog Beebe. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
