Barbara Halpin, 91, of Apopka, Florida, passed away April 21, 2018. She was born September 16, 1926 in Trenton, New Jersey. Mrs. Halpin is survived by her children Jill Russell “Jeff” Janisch, Jacque “Brad” Westfall and Brad “Debbie” Halpin and grandchildren Scott Halpin, Sean Halpin, Jordan Westfall, Shey Westfall, Brenna Westfall, Leti Russell and Chad Russell.
