Anna Marie Noppinger, 86, of Zellwood, Florida passed away on May 18, 2017. Mrs. Noppinger was born on May 26, 1930 in Cumberland, Maryland to parents Frank Kelly and Sarah Stakem Kelly. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Norbert Noppinger in 1989. Mrs. Noppinger is survived by her children Stephen (Linda) Noppinger, Kathryn (Mark) Safran, and Kevin Noppinger; brother Francis Kelly; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
