R. Carl Rubalcava, 73, of Apopka, Florida, passed away June 22, 2015. Mr. Rubalcava was born September 18, 1941 in Johnstown, PA. He was a City Planner. Mr. Rubalcava is survived by his loving wife Linda Rubalcava of Apopka; daughters Kelly Rubalcava of Raleigh, NC and Karla Ekthuvapranee of Orlando; brother Dave Rubalcava of Atlanta, GA; sisters Linda Jones of Atlanta, GA, Juanita Burrows of West Middlesex, PA, Denise King of Hermitage, PA; grandchildren Keri Ekthuvapranee, Logan Ekthuvapranee and Megan Ekthuvapranee all of Orlando. Flowers accepted or donations can be made to any local chapter of Mended Hearts in his name or any Animal Rescue of your choice in his name.
