Kirby “Jack” Charles, 81 of Apopka, Florida, passed away March 16, 2016. Mr. Charles was born August 3, 1934, in Welch, West Virginia. He worked in the Foliage Industry. Mr. Charles is survived by his friend Deborah Keidser of Orlando, FL.
