Joe Brown Taylor, Jr., 84, of Apopka, Florida, passed away February 20, 2017. Mr. Taylor was born December 04, 1932 in Lakeland, GA. He was a Police Officer. Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by his wife Jeanette Taylor, daughter Vanessa Joe Taylor, siblings Thelma Taylor, Laura Taylor and Troy Taylor. He is survived by his siblings Daniel Albert Taylor, Wayne Taylor, Gloria Pharr, Bessie Leavins, Linda Jean Taylor and Sandra Wood.
