Jacob Glenn Clark, 20, of Sorrento, Florida, passed away September 23, 2016. Mr. Clark was born January 13, 1996 in Orlando, FL. He was a Surveyor. Mr. Clark is survived by his parents Terry Shadix and James “Mike” Shadix of Mount Dora; grandfather Paul O’Brien of Orlando; siblings Lewis Colon, Tara Colon and Christopher Colon all of West Palm Beach; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Suicide Prevention.
