I have known Jack for many years and he was a gentleman with a kind heart; he would often buy cat food to feed and lovingly care for stray cats. Jack had a great appreciation for history and fondly talked about his work with the Zellwood Historical Society. Jack loved his Lord Jesus, his family, his friends and his church family. I am so glad to have known Jack as my friend and I’m going to miss him! “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is in the Lord.” Jeremiah 17:7
I’m so sorry Peggy for the loss of your dear brother and will be keeping you in my prayers
With Love,
Karen

Peggy, I just this morning saw Jacks obituary. Jack was my cousin also. His mother Mary was my father (Carlos) sister. We would have attended the service if we had known in time but we also had to attend our daughter-in-laws fathers funeral.
I always enjoyed talking to Jack because he appeared so happy to talk about our ancestors and he had an outstanding memory.
I can remember as a child I spent many nights at Aunt Mary’s house.
I am sorry to hear that your family has the virus and we pray that all of your family recovers in good health.
Jack will be missed by everyone that knew him and I am sure he is in a better place.

I was a long time friend of Jacks. He lived not far from me in Zellwood. We visited often & out to eat once in a while. I will always miss him & look foreword to visiting again when Jesus returns. He really loved his church & enjoyed going ALL the time. He was always over at the Historical Society helping out & fully enjoyed everyone, as he was a friendly gentleman & a good Christian man. Sorry Peggy for your loss of your brother. I pray that you and the family recover soon from the virus. I’ll keep you all in my prayers. God Bless,
Darthey Mott
