Daniel Frederick Donati of Belleview, Florida was called home to our Lord on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 with his wife by his side, he was 75 years old.
Daniel was born on November 06, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Hector Joseph Donati and Myrtle Frances Wallace. Daniel worked 50+ years in the Government printing field where he was a Lithographer aka a Stripper. Daniel was a Christian and loved serving the Lord and serving others. For years with his wife by his side he was the Youth Sunday School teacher as well as the Youth Director at Wekiwa Springs Baptist Church in Apopka, Florida. He worked in Children Ministry at Lake Shipp Baptist Church in Winter Haven, Florida. Also worked for Hands and Feet for Christ Ministry at Eagle Lake Baptist Church in Eagle Lake, Florida. Daniel loved the Lord and his family. He enjoyed traveling, working with his hands and loved building things, but most of all he loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Mary Lorraine Durrance Donati of Belleview, Florida; two sons Charlie (Lee) Donati and Daniel (Liane) Donati; four step-daughter’s Peggy (Billy) Knight of Orlando, Florida, Leah Kerr of Locus Grove, Georgia, Sheila (Paul) Padgett of Paisley, Florida and Paula (Danny) Thompson of Eustis, Florida; 4 step-children Linda, Carolann, Richard (Tammy) and Robert (Nancy); 2 sister’s Nancy Donati of Chicago, Illinois and Joannie Rodriguez (George) of Sandy, Oregon; as well as 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and one on the way.
Daniel had a big influence on not only his children’s life, but the life of his grandchildren. We are so grateful to have loved him and so heartbroken to have lost him.

Dan, never Daniel was a good looking smooth faced skinny kid. His face full of hair he was destined to wear most of his life was grown in 1969 to celebrate the Lombard Il. Centennial. He owned a gas station a bar named Danny Boys, a real estate office , and a cleaning service, while still always working the “ stripper “ gig to pay the bills
