Charles D Vance, 70, of Mount Dora, Florida passed away on April 15, 2017. Mr. Vance was born on September 25, 1946 in Ravenswood, West Virginia to Charles Homer Vance and Valida Irene Vance (nee Cottrell). He is preceded in death by his son Christopher Vance and siblings Nettie Farnsworth, Kenneth Vance Sr., and Jimmy Vance. Mr. Vance is survived by his children Lisa Staten, Rhonda Hodge, and Tracy Woods; siblings Patsy Cypher and David Vance; grandchildren Megan Kouns, Corey Williams, Jamason Smith, Angelina Thomas, Rebecca Pettis, Devin Pettis, Krysten Vance, Daniel Vance, Alyssa Harnage, Matthew Vance, Ty Woods, and Justin Woods; and great- grandchildren Anna Thomas, Gabriel Thomas, Kenley Kouns, and Brilynn Beauchamp.
