Minnie Joyce Jackson, 91, of Apopka, Florida passed away on February 27, 2025. Mrs. Jackson was born on August 16, 1933 to the late Bonnie B Driggers and Janie Louise Driggers. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Andrew Clinton Jackson; daughter Carol Kornaker; great grandchild Michael Burdick. She is survived by her children Larry Jackson and Gail Artman; grandchildren Michelle Burdick, Bobby Artman, Jennifer Canney, Brooke Clark and Clint Jackson; great grandchildren Matthew Burdick, Mariah Clark, Brayden Canney, Briana Clark and Emma Jackson; as well as great great grandchild Corbin Clark. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
