Scott is survived by his wife, Brenda Jenkins; sons Ronald Scott Jenkins and Richard Halce Jenkins (Alisha); sister Laurie Holmes (Mark); nephews Colin and John Adam Holmes; niece Megan Glass (Michael); grand niece Avery Glass; and several cousins.
He is predeceased by father Henry Halce Jenkins and mother Jacqueline Powers Jenkins and grandmother Louise Powers.
