Lynda P (Parker) Webber (83) of Apopka, passed away on March 08, 2025 at home after battling Alzheimer’s & Dementia. She was a cherished wife, mother, godmother, sister, and friend.
Lynda was born September 07, 1941 in Silver Creek, NY to the late William Parker and Lorraine Hodgson Parker. On April 23, 1966 in Fredonia, NY she married Gerald E Webber and lived in Machias, NY until 1978. She and her family moved to Orlando, FL in 1978, then to Apopka, FL in 1979. She and her husband Gerald moved to Douglas, GA in 2008 before returning to Apopka, Fl in 2022.
She formerly worked at Delevan Electronics in East Aurora, NY. Throughout the years she also worked at Apopka Elementary School, Spring Garden Nursery & Florida Ponkan Nursery in Apopka, FL. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit where she and her husband had been ushers.
Lynda enjoyed arts and crafts, floral arranging, cake decorating, gardening and was an avid reader. She relished motorcycle rides and spending time with her nephew Paul Sobczak.
Lynda is survived by her loving husband Gerald of Apopka, daughter Tammy Garver of Apopka, brother, George Parker of Delevan, NY, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lynda was preceded in death by her parents William and Lorraine Parker, her in-laws James and Loretta Webber, three brothers; Royal Parker, Donald Parker and Earl (Shorty) Parker; six sisters Iva (Betty) Mattoon, Marjorie Pierce, Wilma Bull, Ruth Sobczak, Joyce Rizzo & Celestine (Jane) Barrus and nephew James (Jimmy) Sobczak.
