Linda Mary Crosby Grant, 77, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of strength and devotion.

Linda was born on August 15, 1948, in Trinidad and Tobago. She immigrated to New York in 1969, later moved to South Carolina, and eventually made her home in Orlando, Florida. A proud woman of Caribbean heritage, Linda carried her culture and resilience with her throughout her life.

Linda dedicated her professional career to caring for others as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). After completing her LPN Nursing Program, she worked faithfully in the nursing field in New York, South Carolina, and Florida, before retiring. Her compassion, work ethic, and commitment to helping those in need were hallmarks of both her professional and personal life.

She was the beloved daughter of Lawrence Thomas and Modestine Crosby, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Moy Connell.

Linda is survived by her loving siblings, Elton Crosby, Russell Charles, Suzanne Riviera-Charles, and Sandra Charles; her daughters, Elizabeth Daniel, Deanna Jones (Vincent), and Tricia Harricharan; her grandchildren, Durane, Aujanae, Joshua, Tyvon, Elaysha, Jason, Shaila, Amari, and Vincent Jr.; her eight great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. She will be remembered fondly by her family, friends, and all who were touched by her strength and caring spirit.

Linda’s life was one of service, love, and perseverance. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
