Leslie was a lifelong resident of central Florida, growing up in Apopka. While attending AMHS, Les was a band member and drum major.
He sang in the Glee Club, perfomed in annual "Show Boat" productions, sang in a Barber Shop Quartet and a country music band, and hosted Karaoke at many times in later years.
Les had a heart for other and followed our parents path by joining the Elks Club and becoming an officer. He often volunteered to sing at fund raisers for people in need.
Art, research, wildlife and biking were pass times he enjoyed. His pleasant and positive attitude shined during the last weeks of care needed for an aggressive cancer.
Leslie is predeceased by Father: Willard Cox, Mother: Margaret Cox and survived by sister, Cynthia Rollins and nephews Danny and Ramon Rollins.
We his family look forward to the reunion we will have in heaven one day.
