Janice Gordon McGough

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Janice Gordon McGough, aged 73, on December 6, 2025. Born on June 5, 1952, in Wilcox County, Georgia, Janice was a beloved member of her family and community, known for her kindness, strength, and unwavering support for those around her.

Janice dedicated her professional life to the finance industry, working as a loan manager, where her expertise and dedication made a significant impact on the lives of many. She approached her work with an exceptional level of compassion, helping families secure their dreams. 

Janice was a cherished wife to her beloved husband, Ramon McGough, Jr., and a devoted mother to her daughter, Gina Wineland. She is also survived by her sisters, Janet Moore and J Gordon, brother, Billy Gordon whose love and memories will keep her spirit alive.

Her family invites all who knew and loved Janice to a funeral service that will be held on December 13, 2025, at 11:00 am at Loomis Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Edgewood Greenwood Cemetery in Apopka at 12:30 pm, where she will be laid to rest. In honoring Janice’s memory, let us celebrate her life, the love she shared, and the countless lives she touched. She will be profoundly missed but will forever remain in our hearts. 

Janice was preceded in death by her son, Ramon McGough, III., parents Wilbur and Hazel Gordon and sisters, Carolyn Hurley and Gwen Hurley.
