Joshua Vazquez was a man who truly loved others. He always put people’s needs before his own. Joshua was a loving father, brother, best friend, and son. On May 4, 1980, Joshua was born coming in at 8 lbs. to Santos and Lydia Vazquez in Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. He was the 3rd child out of 4 siblings. Growing up, Joshua loved baseball to the point where he even joined a little league baseball team called, The Oreos. Cleaning the house was something that he loved to do. From organizing the kitchen to cleaning the cars. He always made sure that everything was in tip top shape and easily found. If he wasn’t cleaning his house, he was cutting his grass or tending to his flowers. He really enjoyed making plants look beautiful and he always made sure everything looked presentable for others to enjoy. When it came to sport teams, Joshua’s favorite baseball team was the Boston Red Sox and for his favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys. Even though the Cowboys didn’t win much, he still rooted for them like there was no tomorrow. Joshua Vazquez was a bondsman for many years. Becoming a bails bondsman meant something more to him than just a pay check and long overnight hours. To him, being a Bails Bondsman meant he was able to help the lives of others who needed help. He had the biggest heart when it came to helping people and his family. When he became sick, he joked around about it to make people smile including himself. He wanted people to know that through pain you can still find happiness with the people who matter the most to us and to him. What matters the most is his family, and his 4-year-old son Gabriel. Joshua Vazquez will always be in our hearts and we will forever cherish the memories we have of him and all the good he has done for the less fortunate. Thank you for always showing us joy and laughter through the good times and the bad. We will miss you dearly.
